Chess JK(이하 "앱")는 JoongKi Min(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 체스 게임 앱입니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 개인정보를 보내지 않습니다.
설정값(효과음, 진동, 보드 색, 체스 시계, 언어, 블루투스 대국 이름)과 대국 기록(최대 50개)은 기기 안에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
가까이 있는 상대 기기와 블루투스 LE로 직접 연결합니다. 입력한 이름과 체스 수는 상대 기기로만 전송되며 인터넷이나 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 이를 위해 블루투스(근처 기기) 권한을 요청합니다. Android 11 이하에서는 운영체제 요구로 위치 권한이 필요할 수 있으나 위치 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. Google은 광고 식별자(사용자가 허용한 경우), IP 주소와 대략적인 위치, 기기 정보와 광고 상호작용 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용: Google 개인정보처리방침, 파트너 사이트·앱에서의 데이터 사용. 기기 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 끄거나 광고 식별자를 재설정할 수 있습니다. EEA·영국 사용자에게는 앱 안에서 광고 동의를 묻고 설정의 "개인정보 옵션"에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성 창에서 추적 허용 여부를 고를 수 있으며 허용하지 않아도 앱은 정상 동작합니다.
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 광고는 전체 이용가(G) 등급으로 제한해 요청합니다.
기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 모두 지워집니다. 대국 기록은 앱 안의 "대국 기록 > 기록 지우기"로도 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 정보의 보관은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.

Chess JK (the "App") is a chess game provided by JoongKi Min. The App has no accounts or sign-in and sends no personal data to any server operated by the Developer.
Settings (sound, vibration, board colors, chess clock, language, Bluetooth match name) and game history (up to 50 games) are stored only on your device, never transmitted, and removed when you uninstall the App.
The App connects directly to a nearby device over Bluetooth LE. The name you enter and your moves are sent only to the opponent's device, never over the internet. The App requests the Bluetooth (nearby devices) permission. On Android 11 and earlier the OS may require the location permission for scanning; the App does not collect or store location data.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect advertising identifiers (if allowed), IP address and approximate location, device information and ad interaction data. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can turn off personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier in device settings. Users in the EEA and the UK are asked for consent in the App and can change it under Settings > Privacy options. On iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt lets you choose; the App works fully either way.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested with the G content rating.
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. Game history can also be deleted under Game history > Clear history. Advertising data retention is governed by Google's policies.
When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date is revised.
